Santa Came Early Bringing Time Drops and A Times

This past weekend HeadHunters younger swimmers had a dominant showing at the Hillsboro Winter Invite with huge time drops on both the boys and the girls side.

Top swimmers on the girls side include Jamie Harris, scoring 56 points, (featured left) whoharris dropped 3 secs in her 25 fly earning her an A time! Christine Chang was another top finisher with two top 3 placings; 2nd in her 100 yard backstroke and 3rd in her 200IM. High Point earner for the female squad was Emily Smith who scored 71 of the girls combined 323 points placing our young girls 5th overall as a team.

Biggest time drop for the girls was Lorena McCarty who dropped over 12 seconds in her 100 yard breast stroke.

Top swimmers on the boys side include Eric Zhan who placed 3rd in the 100 yard breast stroke after dropping over 23 seconds. Eric scored the boys a total of 58 points and had two top three finishes (100 breast, 100 IM). Owen Robertson was another top scorer on the boys side. Owen scored 56 points and his first time appearance in the 200IM earning him a 2nd place finish! Roman Liu was the teams high point winner earning 70 points overall! Roman dropped over 2 seconds in his 100 breast stroke and earned a 2nd place overall finish! The boys team had an overall 4th place finish.

Biggest time drop of the boys side was Woeser Ghadong who dropped 52.69 seconds in his 100 yard freestyle!
