Practice Times

Swimmers are to arrive on the deck 5 minutes before they are scheduled to get in the water; this time is to be used for pre-swim stretching, socializing, using the restroom, getting equipment ready, etc.  It is expected that every swimmers is ready to go for the warm-up send off. Practice times are as follows:

Development 1 (10&under) M/W/F 3:45-4:15pm, Dryland T/Th 3:45-4:15pm

Development 2 (10&under) M/W/F 3:45-4:30pm, Dryland T/Th 3:45-4:15pm

Development 3 (10&under) M-F 4:15-5pm, Dryland T/Th 3:45-4:15pm, Sat 10-11am &

T/Th 6:15-7:15am (June-July)

Junior 1 (11-13yrs) M/W/F 7:30-8:30pm, Dryland M/W 6:00-6:30pm

Junior 2 (11-13yrs) M-F 6:30-7:30pm, Dryland M/W 6:00-6:30pm, & Sat 10-11am

Junior 3 (11-13yrs)  M-F 5-6:30pm, Dryland M/W 6:45-7:15pm, Sat 8-10am, &

T/Th 6:15-7:15am (June-July)

Senior 1 (14-18yrs) M/W/F 6:30-7:30pm, Dryland M/W 6-6:30pm

Senior 2 (14-18yrs) M-F 6:30-7:30pm, Dryland M/W 6-6:30pm, Sat 8-10am

Senior 3 (14-18yrs) M-F 4:30-6:30pm, Dryland M/W 6:45-7:15pm,Sat 8-10am &

T/Th 6:15-7:15am (June-July)

Masters Group (19&up): TTh 5:15 -6:15am, MWF 10-11am, TTh 7:30-8:30pm, Sat 7-8am
