Practice Times Updated 5/1/2021

Swimmers are to arrive 5 minutes before they are scheduled to get in the water; a coach will signal each group to enter the pool from their cars. Follow Social Distancing guidelines!  It is expected that every swimmers is ready to go for the warm-up send off. Each swimmer is preassigned to a lane and start position. Swimmers must start and stop at least 6 feet apart. There is a hook at each lane end for a towel/parka. Bring your equipment in a mesh bag. (No backpacks, duffle bags, etc.)  Swimmers must arrive and depart in their swimsuits. Parkas are highly recommended!

Practice schedules:

Development B (10&under) T/Th 4-4:45pm, F 3:15-4pm

Development A (9-10yrs) M-F 4-4:45pm, Saturday 9:15-10am

Junior B (11-13yrs)  T/Th/Fri 7:30-8:30pm, Saturday 10-11:30am

Junior A (11-13yrs)  M-F 4:45-6pm, Saturday 10-11:30am

Senior B (14-18yrs) M/W/F 6:30-7:30pm (7:30-8:30pm starting June 28th), Saturday 11:30a-1:15pm

Senior A (14-18yrs) M-F 6-7:30pm, Saturday 11:30a-1:15pm

Masters Group (19yrs&up): TTh 9-10am, M/W/F 12:30-1:30pm, TTh 7:30-8:30pm, Sat 8:15-9:15am
