Practice Times

Swimmers are to arrive on the deck 5 minutes before they are scheduled to get in the water; this time is to be used for pre-swim stretching, socializing, using the restroom, getting equipment ready, etc.  It is expected that every swimmers is ready to go for the warm-up send off. Practice times are as follows:

Development 1 (10&under) M/W/F 4-4:30pm, Dryland T/Th 4-4:30pm

Development 2 (10&under) M/W/F 4-4:45pm, Dryland T/Th 4-4:30pm

Development 3 (10&under) M-F 4:30-5:15pm, Dryland T/Th 4-4:30pm, Sat 10-11am &

T/Th 6:15-7:15am (June-July)

Junior 1 (11-13yrs) MWF 6:45-7:45pm, Dryland MWF 7:45-8:15pm

Junior 2 (11-13yrs) M-F 6:45-7:45pm, Dryland MWF 7:45-8:15pm, & Sat 10-11am

Junior 3 (11-13yrs)  M-F 5:15-6:45pm, Dryland MWF 6:45-7:15pm, Sat 8-10am, &

T/Th 6:15-7:15am (June-July)

Senior 1 (14-18yrs) MWF 7:15-8:15pm, Dryland MWF 6:45-7:15pm

Senior 2 (14-18yrs) MWF 6:45-7:15pm Dryland , MWF 7:15-8:15pm, TTh 6:45-7:45pm, Sat 8-10am

Senior 3 (14-18yrs) M-F 4:45-6:45pm, MWF 6:45-7:15pm Dryland , Sat 8-10am &

TTh 6:15-7:15am (June-July)

Masters Group (19&up): TTh 5:15 -6:15am, MWF 10-11am, TTh 7:45-8:30pm, Sat 7-8am
